가족친화인증기업, 알기 쉬운 개념 정리

가족친화인증기업은 워라벨 문화 확산을 위해 여성가족부가 부여하는 인증제도이다.

 

이 인증을 받게 되면 기보 보증료 우대나 세제 혜택, 인센티브 등 혜택이 있다. 근로자에게는 공공시설이나 지자체 할인이 가능한 측면이 있다. 또 공공 조달시에 3~5% 수준의 가점을 받거나 조달청 우선구매 대상이 될 수 있다. 또 고용노동부 근로감독 중 안전이나 복지 분야에 일부 감독이 면제되고, 가족 친화 인증 마크를 활용할 수 있는 것도 큰 장점이다. 이건 기업 이미지에도 긍정적인 영향을 주기 때문이다.

 

2025년 기준으로는 현재 1만여개 업체가 인증을 받았고, 재인증률은 80% 이상으로 지속적으로 운영되고 있는 측면이 있다.

 

가족친화인증 비용은 중소기업확인서를 소지한 중소기업의 경우에는 신규 인증이 무료이다.
